What is Circling?
Join us at Circling on Zoom every Sunday at 5:30-7:30pm EST, for a group meditative practice of radical empathy.
What to Expect
Alison and Vincenzo introduce you to Circling on Zoom - an interactive group meditative experience. We teach you how to connect with yourself - the secret to attracting everything you want. Learn useful phrases to express your true self, and how to start fantastic conversations that won't ever bore you. Resolve any conflict in your relationships. You can use these tools right away to create change in your life starting now.
Second, the group sits for a brief guided meditation to connect with your inner voice and ground yourself in mind and body.
Third: the group uses the phrases learned to practice guided mindful communication with each other, leading to breakthroughs and realizations about yourself and others.
Supporting you with warmth and empathy, we'll help you discover how you are showing up in your own relationships, the stories you tell yourself that keep you stuck, impressions you make, how others experience you.....
Here's what people are saying at Circling Sundays....
"I will never forget this. I had no idea how I was in my own way."
"I've been using these tools in my life and wow. It changes everything."
"People are relating to me differently and noticing how open I've become."
