1-Maintain more eye-contact
2-Call instead of text
3-Say what you want in bed
5-Don’t be sarcastic
6-Only speak 50% of the time, ask questions the rest
7-Replace “I’m fine, good, ok...” with more descriptive feeling words
8-Don’t yell; say instead when your feelings are hurt
9-Boldly tell people specifically what you notice and like about them.
