Hi, I’m Alison Bulman—an award-winning author, nationally recognized relationship expert, and the creator of Lovitation®: a transformational communication method that’s changing the way couples connect.

It helps uncover the unconscious defenses and emotional blind spots that keep you stuck—and teaches you how to move through them with clarity, courage, and compassion. Sessions with me are engaging, eye-opening, sometimes intense, and always full of emotional safety and truth.

Lovitation® is the approach I created to help people communicate in a way that fosters real intimacy—especially during the hard moments.

 

It blends Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago, Gestalt, mindfulness, and my own lived wisdom. It’s direct, embodied, and grounded in the present moment—giving you practical tools to shift reactivity, soften defenses, and speak from the truth of your heart.
