Mindfulness Manifested My Soulmate: How We Keep Our Relationship Conscious.

Updated: Jan 11, 2020

I wrote a post the other day about my partner and I having a fight.

Some of you know our story - how we met in a meditation community and use mindful relating techniques daily in our relationship.

Sometimes we back-slide, into negative communication habits and defenses that eff up the delicious, clean relating we often enjoy in peace.

After this recent argument, we both got a little more urgent and determined what we were lacking - our own individual more regular meditation practice, to keep ourselves even-keel, less quick to anger, and in love.

This past weekend he came up to Woodstock to pick me up where I was visiting my sister.

I took him to the Euphoria Yoga class I'd attended the day before that had bonded my sister and I.

Then together, we visited the Karma Triyana Dharmachakra (KTD) temple in the mountains above the town and meditated.

We know from the past beautiful trajectory of our relationship that mindfulness is the path to soulmates, and to maintain gratitude, and a serene relationship.

Mindfulness practices brought us to each other, has revealed spiritual dimensions of self-knowledge and a "Mirror of Bliss," (a dharma name I was once given at a meditation retreat).

I bring these mindful tools to you in your home in my online course.

Bringing the Zen to your relationships, at home, at work, in the city, in the world, heals.
