New Singles Support Group

Updated: Jul 12, 2021

Do you...

  • worry you'll never find the right match but feel tired of looking?

  • feel isolated and alone, like the only one who hasn't partnered up?

  • experience anxiety about socializing or dating as things start opening up after quarantine?

  • Are you discouraged with online app ghosting and dead-end connections?

  • Do you feel ashamed of being single?

  • Do you want to learn to embody and attract that ideal you're looking for?

If you're single, you know how challenging and lonely this past year of COVID isolation has felt.

This pandemic robbed us of one of the most powerful ways to reaffirm who we are - spending quality time with other people.

Without these social reminders for our personality to come out, as a psychotherapist, I hear clients losing their confidence, sense of self, and faith in a future partnership.

This support group will:

  • Give you the opportunity to genuinely reconnect with others

  • Provide a safe space to warm up and practice being your most authentic self

  • Get feedback and validation from other single people experiencing similar thoughts and feelings that show you're not alone

  • Build back your self-confidence through the practice of emotional availability for a relationship

  • Learn new tools for becoming a mindful, black-belt communicator and attracting healthier partners

  • Start to recover from this past year, stepping into the future with more power and clarity about who you are and the magnetism of what you have to offer

This is an online-only Zoom group, co-ed, ages 25+, and limited to an intimate size of no more than 8 people. We'll meet Wednesdays 6-7:30pm for six weeks. Cost is $65 per person per session. Insurance is accepted.
