Turn Over the Rock:
A Six-Week Group Course for Sober Singles to Attract Healthy Love

Ever feel alone at a meeting, in a crowded room, or even inside a relationship?

That disconnect usually comes from emotional unavailability, and feelings of isolation can lead to relapse.

This small, in-person group (8max) is for singles in recovery with at least one year sober who are ready to identify their real blocks to intimacy and build healthy relationships.

Together we work through the patterns that keep you guarded, vague, shut down, or choosing the wrong person, and practice showing up as your most authentic self in a room that's warm, encouraging, and safe.

You'll learn to build emotional intimacy with yourself first, the essential step most people skip before they can build real intimacy with others.

Practice new skills through fun, eye-opening exercises that reveal where you get stuck and how to ease past your blocks.

Six Wednesdays: Sept 23-Oct 28, 2026
